Here is some information about the Los Osos Community Services District Water Department that will help you become familiar with their duties, services and District responsibilities. 

The billing cycle occurs every two months with water meters being read by the 10^th of the month.  Water bills reflect those two months of consumption and is billed accordingly.

Bills are mailed out around the 18^th of the month.  Water bills are due upon receipt and late if not received by the 15^th of the following month.  The Los Osos CSD Water Department is not responsible for bills lost in the mail or not delivered.  If you do not receive your bill by the 20^th of the month please call.  A late charge of 10% is assessed if not paid by the due date.
